An exhibition at Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney.
These images represent works submitted as part of my PhD exhibition alongside my thesis ‘Inscribing Memory: Art and the Place of Personal Expressions of Grief in Memorial Culture’. This exhibition and thesis considered ways in which contemporary art can address and express grief and trauma as an alternative to the traditional, static, memorial experience.
